Clash of Clans is a game developed by Supercell. It was firstly released back in 2012 for the iOS platforms, but it reached the Android platforms one year later.
1. Resources
While you attack other players, you will be able to take a part of the resources that are in specific buildings, such as drills or storages. You will take 100% of what resources are stored in Town Hall, 75% of Dark Elixirs that are stored in Dark Elixirs drills, 50% of what resources are stored in Gold/Elixirs collectors, 20% of what resources are stored in Gold/Elixis storages and 5% of the Dark Elixirs stored in Dark Elixir storages. Keep in mind that if you attack someone with a lower Town Hall than you, you will get a smaller amount of resources and if you attack someone who has a higher Town Hall than you, you will get a slightly more resources.
2. Defending your base with walls
After you start playing the game, you will get access to wooden walls. These walls are not so useful at the beginning, but they will become more useful when you upgrade them. You will want to slow down your enemies until they reach your Town Hall and the resources buildings and the Walls are a way to do it. When you get your walls high enough, they will be actually your best defensive structures. Until your attackers break the walls, your defensive buildings will have the time to do a lot of damage to your enemies and you will probably win the battle thanks to your the walls.
3. Farming while having low Trophies
The easiest way to farm in Clash of Clans is by lowering your Trophies under 200 and start farming using Goblins. The match making in Clash of Clans uses your amount of Trophies to find players who have the same Trophies range as you. Using this strategy, you will most likely find weak protected villages and you will need around 20-40 Goblins to get 30.000 Gold and Elixirs from them.
While you raid, you will most likely find some very well protected villages and you will want to lower your Trophies when you see villages like those. To do this, just deploy a Goblin to the villages and tap “next” fast.
4. Getting some free elixirs
This cheat works when you have less than 30 seconds before you finish upgrading a troop. Right before the 30 seconds run out, queue the troop you are upgrading (make sure your army camps are full before you do this). After the upgrade finishes, cancel the training of the troops and you will get elixirs that you invested back + the difference of the new price that the upgraded troops have.
You can also save some elixirs by using the troops training glitch. Likewise the other glitch, you will need to have your army camps full. Before you logout, start training Wall breakers, and you will see that the elixirs for them will be taken from you. This means that those elixirs will not be able to be taken if someone will raid your village while you are offline. As soon as you login back, just cancel the training of the Wall breakers and you will receive back the elixirs you invested to train them.
5. Revenge yourself!
While you are offline, your village is vulnerable to attacks. When you login back to the game, you will notice in your defense log the person who attacked you. You will also have a “revenge” button, which will take you to your attacker’s village and you will be able to attack him back. The revenge button is awesome because you can actually “look” at the village right before you attack it. Don’t attack it right away, do it when your enemy has enough resources.
